Privacy policy

Through this website: only what you type into the contact form. Your name, email address, the topic you picked, an optional game link, optional metrics and your message.

Through our Roblox games: your Roblox user ID and the gameplay data tied to it (progress, currency, inventory, settings). We do not receive your Roblox password, email or payment details. Roblox handles all of that.

Standard server logs: IP address, user agent and requested path, kept for a short window for security and debugging.

Contact form submissions are used to reply to you and, where relevant, to evaluate a game you have offered us. Nothing more.

Gameplay data is used to run the game: saving your progress, operating the economy, handling support tickets and catching exploits.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Contact enquiries: up to 24 months, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off.

Gameplay data: for as long as your account is active in the game, plus a grace period so accidental deletions can be recovered.

Server logs: 30 days.

Roblox is used by children, and our games are built for a general audience. We collect the minimum needed to run the game, we do not ask players for personal information in-game, and we do not build advertising profiles.

If you are a parent or guardian and want the data associated with a Roblox account removed, email us and we will handle it.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@sorablox.net from the address you contacted us with, or include the Roblox username for in-game data.

We respond to these requests within 30 days.

This site is hosted on a standard web host and uses Google Fonts for typography. Game and group statistics on this site are fetched from the public Roblox API.

Our games run on Roblox, which has its own privacy policy governing your account, purchases and communications.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date below and note it in our Discord.
